Baked Tikka Chicken


1 1b. Boneless skinless chicken thighs or 8 pcs of chicken (skin on or off)
4 tbsp. JR’S Favorite Tikka Chicken Seasoning
1/2 cup sour cream
Nature’s Own Seasoning
1/3 cup water

1. Mix Tikka Seasoning with sour cream in a bowl.

Best served with yellow or white rice.

My personal preference is chicken thighs bone in and skin on. It gives it a different taste which is crisp and delicious. You can purchase from company which makes this seasoning by going to the outdoors farmers market in Snellville on the green on Saturday morning before noon or using the following information:
