Oxtail Stew

Looking for a hearty meal that’ll feel you up? Well this stew is great year round and only requires 4 Ingredients.

1-1 1/2 lbs. Oxtail
2 1/2 cups frozen mix veggies (corn, carrots, green beans)
2 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
6 cups of water
1 pkg. Pioneer Brown Gravy

1- Put oxtails, granules and water in a pot and boil for about 40 min. then add vegetables, keep boiling for additional 20 minutes.
2- mix gravy pack and 1/2 cup cool water in bowl then add to pot. Allow to cook on low till thickens to desired consistency.

This will go well over a bowl of white rice and cornbread on the side (see: recipe for “Better than Jiffy Cornbread). I also had a glass of Strawberry Lemonade (see recipe)Yum!
